Registration includes limited free access for up to 7 days: three reports and three downloads. Your first paid subscription has a separate 7-day free trial with unlimited reports and downloads. Add a payment method at checkout; the first $199 monthly or $1,788 annual charge occurs after that trial unless you cancel in My Account beforehand. Later subscriptions charge immediately.
Subscription questions
When does free access end?
Free access begins at registration and closes after three total file downloads or 7 days, whichever comes first. You can generate at most three reports during that time. No payment method is required.
Can I cancel my subscription without paying?
Yes. Your first subscription starts with a separate 7-day trial. Stripe collects a payment method but charges $0 at checkout. Cancel in My Account before the trial ends and you will not be charged. If you continue, Stripe charges $199 monthly or $1,788 annually after the 7 days. The checkout page displays the exact first payment date.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. In My Account, schedule a switch from monthly to annual or annual to monthly. Your current plan remains in effect through the paid period; the other plan begins at the next renewal. There is no midperiod charge.
Which download formats are included?
Paid automated reports include a mapped PDF plus Excel/CSV-ready report data. GeoJSON, shapefiles and project-specific GIS deliverables are available through Custom GIS Services.
How quickly are reports delivered?
Automated reports become available after a successful request and payment validation. Custom consulting, manual research and professionally reviewed deliverables receive a schedule with the project quote.
Can multiple team members share one subscription?
Subscriptions currently belong to one registered account. Request a custom organization account if your team needs shared access.
